Today, we celebrated Read Across America day with the creativity and whimsy of Dr. Seuss's book: If I Ran The Zoo. Then we brainstormed and wrote about what we would do if we ran our own zoo. How would the layout look? Which habitats would we include? How would we acquire new animals? How would we publicize our zoo and engage online visitors? Then we finished up by watching live zoo cams from zoos around the country!
