Students have been using interactive websites to gather information on Thanksgiving. They are now meeting with their groups to merge their individual research into master research outlines that represent each subtopic. We will then merge all of this information to generate a report on Thanksgiving which will include information on Wampanoag Indians, Pilgrims, the feast itself, and the history and traditions of the holiday. Through this process, students are learning how to do web research, work collaboratively, and write a research report.
