We truly had a day filled with learning and discovery. We learned a lot from the beekeeper, Mr. Schluger, who showed us a portion of one of the hives encased in lucite. We were able to see exactly what all the bees were busy doing. It was fascinating! We were even able to place our fingers on a grate and feel the bees' feet scurrying around. Mr. Schluger took the time to answer the questions we had gathered over the course of the week on our KWL chart.
