Today we had our very first book talk. Two students shared information about the books they were reading. After this, we heard recommendations from the class and each of us jotted down titles that sounded interesting to us. As the year goes by, we hope to build up our personal wish lists to take to the library or share with family members on amazon. While we listened to our friends' book recommendations, we enjoyed our apple, cranberry, raspberry drinks, which fits with our apple and honey theme. It was a great first week!
